Nimbin Aquarius Foundation Incorporated is established to be a charity whose
purpose is to advance culture by:
(a) fostering public awareness of, and interest in the vibrant cultural
awakening that came together at the 1973 Nimbin Aquarius Festival, and
which continues to thrive in Nimbin and the surrounding Rainbow Region.
(b) listening to regional Bundjalung communities in respectful cultural
collaboration.
(c) nurturing collective creative projects that value life-affirming, relational,
grassroots, low-cost ways to live together enmeshed with the earth.
(d) collecting, cataloguing, preserving, and providing access to materials
relating to Nimbin Aquarius cultural heritage.
